Inside the Open Mic is a project/experiment/thing conceived of by James Frederick. It is, basically, a series of short videos that showcase local songwriters who perform at Caffe Lena's open mic night in Saratoga Springs, NY. Each episode features a different songwriter and includes parts of their performance combined with an interview. New episodes are often posted on monthly basis.
